 MISO has been very open and transparent about their operations and adjustments during the last few months that COVID has been affecting the nationEvery few weeks the MISO website posts real-time updates from stockholder updates, common asked questions and their answers, the precautions that the company is taking to keep their workers and the general public safe and secure, as well as news release and publications that regard the immediate field and possible issues to be addressed. The files, public announcements, and other releases by MISO can be found here, https://www.misoenergy.org/stakeholder-engagement/coronavirus-disease-covid19/  From the standpoint of the consumer, MISO has handled the changes brought about very effectively and with great professionalism. In terms of work life, here are some of the changes enacted by management to best accommodate its employees: 
All stakeholder meetings are conducted virtually with minimal possible in person contact 
“For employees who must work within our facilities to maintain core operations, we are conducting temperature screenings and have increased sanitation practices  
Visits to the Carmel, Eagan and Little Rock facilities are suspended 
Control Room access procedures have been tightened and Control Room tours have been suspended 
Non-essential business travel for MISO employees is suspended 
Starting on June 1st , a gradual reintegration of employees had commenced to keep priors employed and earning
